NUS Business School Alumni Homecoming Musical 2006



NUS Business School celebrated its very first alumni homecoming in 40 years on May 19 with the musical ‘Man of Letters’. One thousand five hundred alumni and their spouses, faculty members, staff and corporate partners turned up for the event at the University Cultural Centre (UCC).

Thirty-four new participants from the United States, Singapore and other Asian countries completed the first segment of the UCLA-NUS EMBA Program on May 26, 2006 at NUS.

Prof Mak appointed to UN Committee

Associate Professor Mak Yuen Teen has been appointed to a three-year term starting June 2006 on the newly constituted five-member Oversight Committee of the United Nations Population Fund (UNFPA) based in New York, USA.

The 7th NUSBSA Annual General Meeting took place on June 3 at the Raffles City Convention Centre. The 24 members present elected the new Board of Directors for the year 2006/2007.
