NUS Business School triumphs in Rag & Flag 2006

In the wee hours of the night right into the early morning, BizAders clad in red shirts were still bustling around doing the final touch-ups of the float, loading side props, and making their way to the Sports Recreation Centre. The life-like sakura tree made up of intricately paper cut petals of sakura flowers; the realistic Japanese straw hut and stone boulders; the beautiful décor of the Japanese house with paper cut to resemble feathers of the swans; all of which showcase months of painstaking preparation with starch, pulp and rag materials.

It has been a month since classes commenced. Business Leads caught up with a few of them to talk about their Bizad experience thus far.

Orientation Week 2006

After weeks of grueling preparations, Orientation Week 2006 finally went into full swing on August 3.

NUS makes a big bang at Atlanta Meet

NUS was a shining star at the Academy of Management (AOM) Meeting this year, with a record number of faculty and students having papers accepted at the conference.

The HK-S'pore Race, a Take from InvestHK Chief Mike Rowse

Organised by the NUS Business School Alumni Association (NUSBSA), the first of the Bizad inaugural lecture series was launched on August 25, with Chief of InvestHK, Mr Mike Rowse, speaking on “Post-1997 Hong Kong – from Pearl of the Orient to the Pearl River Delta Basin: Hong Kong’s response to the rising Dragon and the impact on the Singapore company”.
